Buying Property
Property listings are visible at Dynasty 8 offices. Inspect the property in-character, then sign paperwork to finalize purchase.
Shell Types
- Studio Apartments — affordable starter housing.
- Standard Apartments — mid-tier living spaces.
- Houses — multi-room single-family homes.
- Mansions — luxury estates with garages.
Storage
Each property has stash storage scaled to its size. Items left in storage persist across sessions.
Access Keys
Owners can issue temporary or permanent keys to other characters via the Phone Housing app.
Selling & Transferring
Properties may be sold back to Dynasty 8 or transferred to another character through a notarized contract.
